Pokemon ruby game shark sp codes

As long as the master code is entered, you can enter any of the codes, but i would recommend you enter and use the codes one code or code group at a time. Codes may conflict with eachother otherwise. If you have european versions of these games and the codes aren't working correctly, it is because you need a different set of master codes. Look for your version in the master code list below the index. I have recieved confirmation that all codes except for the new species wild mod codes 3-line type 6 , work on a real GBA.

At least for the US versions. Make certain you use the correct master codes. If you read this and ignore it, then use the wrong device with these codes, and your game gets damaged, and you e-mail me about it, all I will ask is that you do not reproduce because you may contaminate the gene pool.

Codebreaker is a completely different format. There may be issues with older versions of GameShark Advance. The device is still being made contrary to the rumor I heard, however, you may have problems with these games if you have an older device. I reccomend v1. This refers to your Gameshark version number as well.

If you have anything lower than that and you cannot upgrade to the latest version, buy a new device! If you have a gameshark device, don't worry as long as it's up-to-date. If you have a new Pro-Action Replay device with v3 software, you're Most of them work. Button activated codes may not. Another note: Most of these codes do not need to be run every time you boot up the game. If you use a code to get a certain item, enter the code, run the game, save, then turn off the game, remove the device, turn the game on again, and re-load and the item will still be there.

Same with any captured pokes. In fact, leaving codes on may cause problems. A note about "type 6" codes. If a code is designated as "type 6", it means that you cannot use it with any other code other than it's self and the master code. Also, you must re-boot the game after the type 6 code is removed in order to use other codes afterwards. Do not combine "type 6" codes with any other codes besides the master code. That includes any other "type 6" code. I've included them here instead.

If you have the Japanese version, go to "Japanese version codes" section. Please don't e-mail me about requesting codes which are already included in the FAQ. Southern island event: Pokemonhacker made a code set to enable this event. You can't go to the island just because you gave yourself an eon ticket. You'll need his Codes to enable the event that is until Nintendo gives away the secret of how to enable it Other move teaching codes: The only ones we know right now is the move maniac codes.

The other codes from the Japanese version were type 6 and would not work on a real GBA. My Goal for this FAQ is to make real codes that everyone can use. No there will not be any other shiny wild mod unless someone discovers a better method. Permanent stat modifier codes for your pokes: Why can't this be done?

Because pokemon data is stored in a block of 20 codes which is encrypted. The encryption key is based on certain data about the trainer and the poke it's self. There is a checksum that has to be re-computed whenever you play around with this block of data. On top of all that, there is something called a MAP value which tells the data block what address controlls what stat. It is different for every individual poke and there is no way to tell what your Poke's MAP is without viewing the memory of your specific save-state in your game.

This discovery lead people to develop programs called pokemon Calculators to generate legitamate sets of values for these blocks of addresses and then convert them into a set of codes for your code device. If you want one, check our thread on the forums at www. Please don't e-mail me about these requests. Also please don't request them at www. It is slowing us down and geting on our nerves. If you have any ideas as to where these codes might be found, then you may post about them or e-mail me about them.

When we say that Nintendo might know that you hacked your game with our codes, we mean that if you try and enter a tournament with a sharked game, you may be disqualified for cheating. Nintendo went through alot of trouble to encrypt these games' data so they are probably smart enough to spot a cheater!

Please don't ask me questions about where to find what, or what to do after such and such a gym. I publish codes but I'm not a walking encyclopedia on the game.

If you want that kind of advice, either look through the FAQs yourself, or go to the www. I refuse to answer anymore questions reguarding the game it's self unless it has relevance to the FAQ. The data structures are completely diferent. Another note about e-mailing me with complaints of codes not working: 1. Let me know if you used an emulator or a real GBA 3. Let me know if you are playing the US version or the japanese version, even if it's partially translated.

Let me know how you entered the codes if you used an emulator see tutorial below 5. Let me know if you used the master codes if you used a real GBA and also let me know how you labeled them. Don't use M, M , m or m as the name of the master code or the game will not let you active it Thank you Tahnok from www. Let me know if the game or device did anything after you entered the codes. I've been getting alot of people finding out they were using their device incorrectly.

Let me know what version you have of the device. It's useful to know what Software version you are using. Let me know WHAT codes you were using and how you were using them.

You shouldn't be if you read all the notes about how "Type 6" codes cannot be used in conjuction with other codes. Don't be embarassed if you did, but let me know because that info can help me fix your problem. If you are requesting a code in your e-mail, you must specify all the above relevant information game version, game language, cheat device and version.

Otherwise, I can only tell you how to find it in my FAQ if it's there. If you are still having problems, please consult the www. A note about codebreaker codes or the pokemon calculator: For any questions reguarding either Codebreaker or the calculator program, please consult the boards at www.

For the pokemon calculator specifically, e-mail Gavin at spaffoda. For xyzman's calculator, consult the gameFAQs. Why do I have to make all these restrictions?

I have a hotmail account with limited storage! I will help trouble-shoot your devices. If multiple people ask me the same question, I'll answer it here assuming it is relevant to the FAQ. Type 6 codes are proving to be our only hurdle for people with real GBAs.

We are trying to find alternative "normal codes" to replace them. In the mean-time, Any help in fixing this issue is appreciated. We don't have any hardware to work with so all testing will have to be done by you. The ROM is the game it's self in a sense, however you can't write to a cartridge. Instead, the code looks for the area in the memory where the game is read and interpreted. Then it intercepts at the right moment and changes the interpretation. Another note about type 6 codes and VBA.

The effects of type 6 codes stay even after you remove the code s. To fix this, you need to re-open the ROM file and not just reset the game. You can save after removing the code, and as long as you re-opened the ROM, the effect should be gone.

Do not activate a wild level mod code and wild species mod code at the same time. It will not work! A note about Pro action Replay version 3 codes. I don't have the hardware to test them on so I'm assuming these work. At this time, I have no way of fixing these new codes if they do not work. The format is fairly new so alot of work still needs to be done.

I just re-encrypted everything, and they all should work according to what we know of the new format, but we don't know if the new format requires a new type of master code.

When we say not to use more than one code, we are only referring to the wild mod and wild level mod codes. You cannot have 1 of both and you cannot have more than one of each. You still have to use the proper master code all lines directly underneath the name of the game you are using and nothing past that In the case of the item codes, you don't need to include those last 3 digits before the item name.

Those are for my reference when I made the codes to make sure I accounted for every possible item type value in order. Wobbufet, Qwilfish, Rabukasu, Skarmory, pineco, Ampharos, wooper, and a ton more! You have to read it to believe it! Added index. Added more codes on top of all that! Added illusion island code and method to pokemonhacker and loading's FAQ. Fixed index. Hopefully we may be able to fix everything soon! Fixed some codes. Added some slower level gain codes to help those who can't get the code to stop.

I sorry for forgetting v2. Added note for those who have incompatibility issues. Also added new porok pokeblock codes. Finally, Replaced mirrage island code with working one thank you pokemonhacker v2. When will you people learn to read before randomly hitting buttons!!!

I've removed all e-mails in the host section, but I must keep them in a separate document for my own use. I replaced all instances of " " with a ". The damage may have already been done. I am very very sorry. Master codes for all versions and devices that we know of GSA. Universal codes GSAA1. Quick level up code GSAA3. Infinite master balls in first slot in item pocket code GSAA4. In VBA just disable it and it should stop on it's own. Uncheck it in the cheat list and a "D" should appear to the right of it. You could also just hit "Remove" and it should shut off Also note that these are one-hit kill codes too.

If you did the code successfully, you can test it by holding L and R durring your Attack and it should kill the oponent poke in one hit. Enter this code first to activate and deactivate the code by pressing and holding L and R at the same time in battle.

You have to press and hold the L and R keys right after you see the "x gained exp. This will help people with real GBAs. Make sure that the next code underneath it is the quick level up code, or else it won't work. In fact, group this code with the quick level up code if you choose to label and save the code. Make sure that this code is first and the quick level up code is directly next and below it. A wierd glitch i found is that sometimes pokes who didn't fight will get the experience points instead and will start leveling on their own FBE40 B13D Another note: This code will keep adding 25, exp so if you turn off the code, it will add that amount of experience before it shuts off completely so you will continue to gain levels until that exp gain gets finished.

If you're having trouble with stopping the level gain, try using a smaller code next time. Item codes for 1st slot of main pocket 1st slot in main pocket 99 of item code 68E6EAC1 6ABB4 Now we begin the long list of item codes for the first slot.

If you want them in the proper pocket, Move them to your PC and then retrieve them again. EA06F 3ED6 ???????? B 4D7CAC77 ???????? E4B60DD3 ???????? E4A F ???????? Those were used in the list I pasted the labels from. You'll need to put an item into slot 1 of your bag's main item section which you want to change or get rid of, else the code will over-write what ever is there. Please note that no matter what you code for, it will always show up there.

Key items, berries, TMs, it doesn't matter. It will always be in that slot. Use pokemonhacker's southern island codes in his FAQ. The number indicate hour. These actually work to change the tide. Just experiment until you find the right one. The negative clock codes should be the ones that controll events in the game, however I posted both in-game clock codes just in case I'm wrong. These are for your oponents. The US calls them pokeblocks. I use the term "poroks" just because I'm comfortable with it.

Full pokedex all species, seen and caught [Origional hacks by pokemonhacker at www. All badges, pokedex, and pokenavi codes [Origional hacks courtesy of Radical dreamer of www. Turn off the GBA. Load your game. Now look in your PC. You'll see a strange Egg in the 1st slot of the 1st box. It'll be named "Shiny Hack". Just check it's there. If it isn't, put whatever Pokemon you want in the 1st slot, then move it again to free the 1st slot, then go back to Step 2.

To find Shiny Pokemons, you have to have it in the PC, in the 1st slot of your 1st box, then do steps You won't have to redo steps , unless you loose the Shiny Hack Egg. If you move this egg, the code following codes will crash the game, and you'll have to go back to step 1. You'll see your Trainer Name is messed up : don't worry! So save your game, and turn off the GBA! Else, if you have finish, do the following : Turn on the GBA. If you want more shiny Pokemon, just redo steps We made it so the data of the Shiny Pokemon are calculated in a somewhat random way, so the Pokemon will be as close as possible to a Pokemon really created by the game.

That means it'll have random gender, random stats That's it. Put 2 Pokemons that can breed into the Day Care located on Route Enter one of these codes, and wait for the egg to be created walk around. Now a bit of explanation about breeding and eggs : When you put 2 pokemon that can breed in the Day Care, they can make an egg.

The Egg creation is random, and occurs when you walk. When the egg is created, the game stores a random number somewhere. Then, when you take the egg from the old man, another random number this time is computed. The game put these two numbers together, and use them to create the Pokemon for people that used to read the japanese Pokemon thread on cmgsccc, the 2 numbers will become the MAP.

Moreover, as the numbers are random, things like shinyness, gender, or traits wont be given by the parents to the child. So breeding 1 or 2 shiny Pokemon won't give more chances to get a shiny child. Once you've enter one code, all the Pokemons you'll encounter will always have the personality you choosed, until you reload your game. This does not work for Pokemon that hatch from eggs, and for Pokemon that don't appear randomly.

Note 2 : Never activate two of these codes at the same time! Enabler Code :!! Use only ONE of these codes at the same time! Unlike the '1. If you use these codes, you can also use one Type code. That mean that you can choose the Pokemon you encounter and its level with the following codes, and then choose it's gender or one of this genes with a Type 6 code of this FAQ. You could also use this code with the "Always Shiny" codes.

You can also use any Type 6 code if you want. If the M code if OFF it can happen. It's an Action Replay bug Then set it on manually, then rename it back to " M ". When this code is one, the quantity of the items you have will never decrease. Note : This code works ONLY when you use items, not when you move them put in the computer or sell them These codes will only change the 1st item that is stored in the PC.

The missing items aren't in the game. Now you just have to make a change in the pokedex option to see the old pokedex: while in the Pokedex, go in the menu of the Pokedex press select , then choose "Shift", select "Mode", and choose "National Dex". With this code on, Mirage Island will always be on route A - An island that appears on Route It is full of Wynauts.

A - A big mistake We were wrong, and we admit it. It seems that a random number is computed each day, and if this number match one of your Pokemon number, Mirage Island will appear. If the number is really random we're looking into that , that means your chances to see Mirage Island is divided by the number of Pokemon you have.

Q - So, now, how do I go to Mirage Island without cheats? I think you must have finished the game for the 1st code to work or at least that you must have gone far enought, so you can already take the boat to go to battle tower or other places. Feebas mistery revealed : As some people mentionned, Feebas only appear on route But he doesn't appear in 1 tile of water, but in 1 to 6 tiles. When you fish on a Feebas Tile, you have 1 chance out of 2 to actually find Feebas and 1 chance out of 2 to find another fish.

The Feebas level will range from Your position when fishing does not matter, it's the tile in which you are fishing that is important the one that you are facing. You can catch it with ANY rod. And the rod you use won't help finding it, nor make it being at a better level.

The location of Feebas Tiles are random. When you create a new game, the game computes some random numbers. Conclusion : Feebas's tiles are random. There can be from one to six tiles. With this Type 6 code, Feebas will appear everytime, on every tile of water of route To be more precise, the Feebas Tiles will only change if you actually change the Phrase, not if you submit a new phase and it get rejected. Be aware that this doesn't apply for the very first Trendy Phrase you submit.

The very first phrase you submit will always be accepted, and won't change the Feebas Tiles. The word you use in the Trendy Phrase seem to have no link with the new Feebas Tiles. What really happens, when you change the Trendy Phrase, is that a new random "seed" for the Feebas Tiles is computed, so that all the Feebas Tiles will change. Moreover, having your Trendy Phrase accepted has nothing to do with the words you use. You can submit the exact same words 10 times, and they'll be rejected 9 times, and accepted the 10th time.

It's only a matter of "luck". Finally, we suggest you don't change the Trendy Phrase, unless during one day you have tried all the fishing spot of Route and didn't find Feebas without our GS code obviously.

Else, you'll loose your Feebas Fishing spot if you found any All badges, pokedex, pokenavi It allows you to walk over any obstacle like trees, houses, rocks, and to walk on water.

With this code, you'll still be able to interact with the game enter doors, talk to people, take items, etc The two things you can't do are : -walk directly from ground to water and water to ground.

To do this, you need either to use the SURF move, or to walk from ground to water from an unauthorized place like walk on a tree and from there walk on the water, or if you are on the water, walk on a rock and from there walk on the ground. Each map each route, room, etc With this code, you'll be able to move anywhere within that rectangle, but you won't be able to cross its limit unless you enter another map.

That means, for example, if you enter a house, you won't be able to walk in the "dark". But anyway, there is nothing in that dark : 1. Enter this Type 6 code, and look at your trainer card. It could be a bit messy it might even make the game crash! If it does, you can use the 2nd set of codes , but it'll display your secret Trainer ID instead of your regular Trainer ID.

After that, write down this number, and turn the code off switch off your GBA. For now, knowing your secret Trainer ID has no useful purpose. And, who knows, maybe more! If the 1st code makes your game crash, here are 2 other Type 6 codes that will work perfectly but require some calculation. Write down the Trainer ID numbers that are displayed.

Do the same thing with the 2nd code. Now, open windows calculator or any tool that can make decimal-hexadecimal conversion. Enter the 1st number as decimal, and convert it to hexadecimal. You should have 4 numbers A-F are numbers in hexadecimal. Write down the 2 1st numbers if you have A, take A1. Do the same thing with the numbers you will get with the 2nd code.

Now take the 2 sets of 2 numbers you just wrote down, and enter them in windows calculator as hexadecimal numbers in the order you wrote them down if you had A1 and B5, enter A1B5 , and convert this number to decimal : you have your secret Trainer ID.

Enter these codes, then start your game with only these codes avtivated. Load your game, press R, verify that you have all the Pokemon in the Pokedex, then save your game, and set this code off.
