We called Wayne to help us replace the damaged pane, but he found the window frame had become unsound. More than likely to cause similar damage to replacement glass.
This issue was not obvious to me the untrained , but Wayne showed me where the window frame was losing integrity and it turns out the entire window assembly will need to be replaced. In the interim Wayne has taped the window for our safety. I feel quite fortunate as I truly believe someone with lesser experience may have just replaced the glass. On this occasion we weren't able to do business with Wayne, but a great customer experience nevertheless!
